| Beauty is everywhere It lies in the ground It sails on the waters It blows in the wind
Beauty can be found in on a persons feet it can be found within someones face their eyes, their smile, their hair The smallest bits of detail can have beauty covering every inch Or the biggest mess can be covered with it
Beauty can be seen the color of clothing in the lightest of lights and the darkest of darks It screams at you and whispers at you It brings you to tears or can makes you scream
Beauty is all around us It looks for us, just as much as we look for it The only thing is, WE must find it People can tell you that something is beautiful But its up to us to determine what is beautiful and what is not
What do you find beautiful? What makes you stand in awe? What is so beautiful that it makes you want to live? What things are beautiful to you?
I don't really know if you could call this a poem or whatever...but I just felt compelled to write it...
I need the weekend and it needs me. wOOt

| So hi there...haven't had a real post here for awhile...things have been busy, but more so I've just been lazy to not put anything up here.
anywho, just a little update for you guys.
#1 I need a place to live for the summer and the fall. (I'm tagging a lot of you in this note for the sole purpose of I'm just about willing to listen to anybody on advice as to where to go) If anyone knows anything that is around the GR area please let me know ASAP so that myself and Mike can find something.
#2 I'm officially ASMing Tommy! at Circle Theater this summer/fall!!! Plus, I was informed that this can count towards my internship at school!!! This is a HUGE blessing considering that I knew that this was coming up pretty quickly and needed SOMETHING to be able to count towards my internship to graduate. Now just to either Clep math, or try the placement test again...I need to register for next semester as well...should get on that.
#3 I need your help on something. For the summer, I'm wishing to take up a hobby of some sort. I'll most likely be working a lot at Panera and I might be auditioning for Clue up in Fremont. But just in case I decide not to due to work purposes (which could happen) I want to take up some kind of hobby. Here are a few ideas that flew through my brain. All of them require a lot of money...and most of them are noisy.
Learn to play Fiddle/violin - this has ALWAYS interested me but I never know where to start (Enter the Haggis is partly to blame for this) Learn to play guitar - this one is the same and probably easier to learn...but then again EVERYONE either wants to learn guitar or knows how to play guitar. Learn to do a back flip along with other acrobatic moves - At first I was guna say learn how to do a tuck and roll, but I think I'd want it to go further than that. Learn to play bagpipes - Another cool instrument that I would love to learn and Enter the Haggis is also to blame for this one. Its also expensive for a new set and is a bit of a process to learn how to play them.
So there is a few things that crossed my mind to take up for the summer, and I'm actually considering all of them. If you guys have any suggestions or want to cast your "vote" as to which one I should pursue lemme know!
Well, I have stuff to do...yeah...stuff...pshh...

Like ships in a squall we rise and we fall We're plotting our course throught waves Some masts are tall with sails so strong Others are tossed in the gale We try to stay dry with salt in our eyes No moment to rest or complain The moon isn't far a clear sky and stars Red sky at morn on your tail
I'm not going to stand on the end of the pier I'm not going to let you go down with the ship Raise up your anchor it's time to set sail And I'm not going to let you go down
Like ships we were made to dance o'er our graves One false move and we could be thrown Buried alive before our due time To rest at sixty below So jibe while you can if there's danger ahead Stay on your course if you will I'll throw you a line as waves start to rise Bail as your ship starts to fill
Just in case any of you didn't know...I LOVE this song and this band. You should listen to them, because I know you'd like them.

I've had a life that's full
Everyone's been good to me
So fire up that fiddle, boy
And give me one last drink
When the sun comes up
I will leave without a trace
But the world is mine today
Old John from his deathbed cried:
"Think I will wait 'til tomorrow to die
Sun is shining, birds do sing
This, sir, is no day to go"
Up and out the door
I've had a life that's full
Everyone's been good to me
So fire up that fiddle, boy
And give me one last drink
When the sun comes up
I will leave without a fight
But the world is mine tonight
Took young Molly by the hand
Spun her 'round and back again
Clicked his heels, bowed his head
Never a tear in his eye
Carried on 'til five
So raise a glass to the dear departed ones
Room was full of all his friends
Never a funeral, this was the end
Drank to all who lent their hand
Everyone drank to John
I've had a life that's full
Everyone's been good to me
So fire up that fiddle, boy
And give me one last drink
When the sun comes up
I will leave without a trace
But the world is mine today
Happy St. Patricks Day friends.
